Holly and the team at Happy Feet are a delight to work with. When a client asked me to source and license 100 children to run around on a cruise ship for a day I didn’t think we had the time or resource to make it work. Young Performers Agency are inviting applications from confident, talented children to 16+ performers, and will be offering representation with guidance and support.

The agency does not charge a joining fee and will be keeping the numbers low and the standard high. It will be a very hands on affair and we are very keen to make it inclusive for all youngsters with the only absolute requirements being: fabulous talent, reliability, 100% enthusiasm, 200% determination and good manners(!) (The last few requirements will apply to both the talent and the parent/responsible adult)

All successful applicants will need professional headshots done by our in house photographer and directed by ourselves, as we know exactly what works when it comes to landing our clients castings. Although you DO NOT pay any money to us for having them on our books, it is VERY important you pay Spotlight fees, this is a mandatory part of the process and is the only way we will get children professional castings.
Usually it is an essential part of the team work that we meet with parents/guardians as well as with the talent, so we can discuss the responsibilities involved in enabling a youngster to make the most of any opportunities the industry, and an interest such as this, may offer. However due to circumstances this will be either a telephone call or discussed over email.
We welcome applications from all backgrounds, all shapes and sizes, any ethnicity, any additional needs, any accents etc.... We are not looking for applications from youngsters who are with an agent already please, if you have no rep or are between agents then great!
Please understand that we will only take on a very small number of the applicants we receive. This is no reflection on talent, but there is enough competition in this industry without creating internal competition too, so we will try not to represent talent with a very similar look to someone currently on the books.

Before applying please bear in mind that casting notifications are generally very short notice, often no more than 24 hours in advance. If you feel you, and your family, can commit to this then we would love you to apply via the information below.

It is a time consuming interest which can hold great rewards, but it can also be a sacrifice with little to show. Please consider this and how your child would deal with the highs and lows. Sadly, we can never guarantee work to anyone.

Please be aware we represent children and young people for all areas of the industry as a Talent Agency, we are a sole agency and cannot take on anyone who already has an agent.
